Bill 168 requires the employer to:

Develop and maintain a program to implement the policy.
Conduct a risk assessment.
Educate and train employees

Work Refusal Process and Investigation
On-Going Safety Talks
Establish Core Rules
Enforcement of those Rules
Establishment of a Violence and Harassment Committee
Reporting Systems
Showing your Zero Tolerance Policy at Work
Evaluate and Monitor your program
