How to protect yourself while working with chemicals, through Engineering Controls, Eliminating the Hazards, Training, Signage and PPE. If you are asked to work with a chemical and you have no idea what it is or have not received workplace specific training, do not use or work with the chemical until you know how to work with it safely and are protected from the hazards.
