About Course

Roofers are exposed to many hazards when demolishing, repairing or installing a new roof. Roofing hazards can include fall hazards, flying debris, slippery surfaces, ladders, handling of materials that are awkward or heavy and disposing of roofing materials and debris, using hand and power tools,  working near over head power lines, and working in extreme temperatures. This video will discuss the hazards and proper controls needed to ensure all workers can perform their work safely.
