AODA Customer Service – Employees

About Course

This course will review the requirements for the AODA legislation in workplaces that have 20 or more employees. Companies with 1- 19 employees have legal requirements as well but no online reporting is required.
AODA stands for – Accessibility Ontario Disabilities Act.
In this session, we will be using these lessons provided in your dashboard.
There is a short quiz at the end to evaluate the learning process.
Application of this legislation and its requirements are adopted in all Ontario Workplaces that work with or have customers. Customers either over the phone or in person.
Companies with 20 or more employees have legal online reporting responsibilities. Companies with less than 20 are required to provide training and implement the requirements in the legislation but no online reporting is required.
