Forms for the Telehandler Driven Evaluation.
Includes: Evaluation and Circle Check
Each Participant will be evaluated on the equipment to ensure the operator can competently operate the equipment safely. Based on your workplace conditions. Supervisors will conduct the evaluations and keep the records on file for each operator. Any operator who is unable to complete the driven evaluation successfully, they will be unable to use the equipment without direct supervision until they are able to pass the driven evaluation.
