In the attached lesson - go into to the lesson at the top of the page is a paper clip, with the attendance sheet as an attachment, download and print. Email completed attendance sheet to Lisa at worksafe67@gmail.com

Workbook
Download and Print Workbook for each participant, the quiz is at the back of the workbook. Each participant will complete the quiz and give to the administrator for marking. Upon successful completion the participant will receive certificate of completion. In the lesson at the top of the page under the paper clip is the attachment for the workbook.
