In Summary
We covered Bill 168, An Act to amend the Occupational
Health and Safety Act with respect to violence and harassment in
the workplace and its elements in both defining violence and harassment in the workplace and how to recognize it.

We also covered the requirement for written policies on dealing
with both violence and harassment in the workplace as well as the
development of programs which include required training to
implement these policies.
